One-to-one vs. Scheduled Group Training

For both training platforms, we provide a control mechanism, to ensure that the candidates that enroll with PMtutor pass the certification exam on the first try. The difference between the one-to-one training versus the scheduled training is based more on the extra payment, the candidate’s convenience, and the additional benefits.

One-to-one training is implemented at the clients learning pace, calendar, meeting schedule, and iteration period. Candidates who choose this platform of learning get additional coaching till they write their certification examination. In addition, they are provided with all the resources they need to fully understand the subject matter and ace the exam at the first attempt, from videos, games, reference books, journal papers, exam-like simulation questions and answers, and feedback on case study based assignments and capstone projects. Also, they have one-to-one access to the instructor for inquiry and challenges.

Kindly, see table 1 below for more details on one-to-one training;

Scheduled training is based on a meeting schedule, usually weekends, for a maximum period of 8-days. These meetings are iterative time-boxed periods ranging from 3 hours to 8 hours and are usually swarmed with similar candidates. However, PMtutor ensures a limited faculty to student ratio of 1 to 12. Partial resources are provided in the form of videos, games, exam-like simulation questions and answers, case study-based assignments, and capstone projects with limited feedbacks.

Kindly, see table 2 below for more details on group scheduled training;
