At the end of this course, participant would have a working understanding of the DMAIC methodology. Participants would explore Statistical Analysis tools, Project Management techniques and Leadership skills. Students will undergo Lean Six Sigma Project in one domain of choice to get a full understanding of the course.

Route 2
Leadership + Business Analysis Course
This is a combination of the two course albeit participants can either pace the courses sequentially or tackle the courses simultaneously.
