Are u in luv?

Bolaji Osinuga’s Master Piece: Please read on….

Is it possible for you to pause and think (meditate) for just 5 minutes? I know that’s a great demand because there is every possibility of having an interruption before the expiration of the 5 minutes.

I want you to think about your family, your neighborhood, your country, the entire world, the other planets and galaxies. Do you believe that someone actually brought all these into existence and ensured order in their operations? He also gave authority to beings over different areas and territories. Try, with a figment of your imagination, to ponder on how big this God is.

When you’re ok satisfying your mind with that, you can then picture your life and the issues surrounding it. How small do you think such will be, compared to the space of every other thing controlled by this God? Do you think He’ll be agitated over such issues? As a man, if you encounter a problem for the first time, you may panic. But the whole scenario changes after many occurrences, more so if you know how to handle it. Do you think God has an issue like this?

Let’s take another twist to this meditation: If you know tomorrow and all the things this God has planned to happen in their order, do you think you’ll still be agitated over issues, plans etc? Will your mind eventually be at rest? Will you rather work in line with those good things that have been scheduled or you’ll rather work at changing such and give yourself a new “destiny”? Are you okay till now in this meditation process?

If tomorrow afternoon, the sun suddenly turns black till evening and the stars and moon start shining in the night, many people will, out of fear, run to God…I guess! It shows that God can do things that can make us believe in Him but it seems He wouldn’t. I think He wants us to make our choices of believing and nurturing our fellowship with Him…not out of compulsion! If the events, such as the sun not shining, were to continue for a while, many people will return back to face their daily issues as their custom.

There is a war internally within all of us –flesh against the spirit. The one we continually feed will always be stronger. You don’t have to look too far to get food for your flesh as they are readily available everywhere. What we see, hear and smell naturally will give our flesh something to nourish it. But why won’t we strive to feed our spirit man and give more attention to the person that knows tomorrow? Pleasures? Sometimes, it sounds that whatever and no matter how we try to work against His will, it will be energy-sapping and not satisfying to us.

I think the next task is how to recognize His will? But I think we need to question our love for Him first before considering this new dimension. A couple (those that are in real-love) will always wish to be around each other and chat each other up; the same is applicable with man and God. I think a guy that is scoping a babe is a better example. It’s new and fresh and flaws are easily ignored at such seasons, more so if it’s real love and not infatuation. When that’s the case, you know what the other person likes or hates, deep and deeper stuff are discussed. So is it possible for us to get to such a level with God?

God told Moses to tell Pharaoh to release His folks that they may worship Him in the wilderness. He didn’t even mention the Promised Land! So the reason we worship must not be tied to promises. We know our King owns everything and if we place priorities on His Kingdom and righteousness, we shouldn’t lack. So, I encourage you to fall in love with God and nurture your relationship with Him. We all need healthy relationships with God. We need to study and meditate on His word. We need to devote more time to talking with Him always. Then we will be happy (as He would be too) doing what He wants done and executed in the plan of things.

It’s getting a bit long now and I know people’s tolerance to long mails is very low. How I would have loved to share about one interesting experiment, but I will delay it till another time, if given the chance! Do have a pleasant week ahead and think God. Good product; good thinking!
