This is an opportunity to assume the position of Scrum Master and learn the SCRUM Method practically. These hands-on sessions will enable the participants to form a team to simulate the development of a software product using JIRA to model all aspects of Agile, such as ceremonies and artifacts. All training will be done on an instructor-led virtual platform for 4 days (4 weekends). To show interest, kindly review the criteria below.

- Candidates who want to pass the PSM Exam (Scrum.org), CSM Exam (Scrum Alliance), SSM (Scaled Agile), and PMI-ACP (Project Management Institute)
- Candidates who have trained in Agile Project Management and want practical, hands-on experience
- Candidates interested in gaining sandbox experience in Agile Project Management
- Candidates interested in obtaining PDUs

- Sprint Planning: Conduct and manage sprint planning and execution.
- Stand-ups and Retrospectives: Facilitate daily stand-ups and productive retrospectives.
- Progress Tracking: Generate and analyze burndown charts, velocity charts, and other reports.
- Dependency and Risk Management: Identify and manage dependencies and risks.
- JIRA Workflows: Customize workflows, fields, screens, and issue types.
