Scrum Master – Hands-On + Certification + Interview Coaching

Our Scrum Master training comes in three doses of intervention to ensure all-round readiness to get one of the most in-demand remote or onsite jobs in developed economies. We will commence our Scrum training with a strong theoretical background leading to PSM1 Certification Examination; training will continue with Hands-on instruction using JIRA leading to End-to-End Scrum Project Story Board; and finally, interview preparation coaching leading to individual mock interview session.  All contact coaching will be instructor-led virtual training, and it will be done on weekends for two months. Training Structure – Workflow

  1. 3 weekends of contact classes
  2. 1 weekend of Study Group
  3. Take the PSM1 (Professional Scrum Master) Examination
  4. 1 Weekend of Hands-on Coaching using JIRA
  5. Presentation of End-to-End Scrum Project Story Board by the Team
  6. Submission of individual Project Report
  7. Interview Preparation Coaching
  8. Mock Interview Session

 

Training Profile

Start Date: 11th March 2023

Duration: 8 weeks (Saturday and Sunday)

Time: 1pm to 6pm
