This is an opportunity for Black Belts with credentials from international certification body, such as IASSC or ASQ, to upskill their technical competency in their role as process improvement specialist by participating in a 4-day activity-based live virtual research that is expected to push the frontier of the best-practice DMAIC method.
Compensation for Research Participation
The 10 selected Black Belts will be adequately empowered with the knowledge of end-to-end Data Analytics Project and will gain insight on various attempts to modify the existing DMAIC method with Data Science tools. Also, a receipt of participation and certificate of attendance will be given to all parties.
Delineation of Research Participants Role
- Complete two 12-question Self-Assessment Survey regarding your role as a Black Belt
- Take two 60-minutes Black Belt Role Delineation Test
- Participate in a 2-day live virtual workshop on Data Analytics Project
