A 5-day practical workshop for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified candidates interested in implementing improvement projects in the service application areas including Recruitment (Human Resources), Loan Disbursement (Banking), and Sales (SMEs). However, all keystone projects will be tailored to each candidates’ process domain. This is strictly a student-faculty ratio of 4 to 1 where interested candidates will develop a structured way to upskill their cost-savings and change management leadership.
