Pass PMP Exam before the Year ends…

Eureka! Eureka!! Eureka!!!

We have found it. The secret formula to effectively learning PMBOK Guide to pass the PMP Exam at first try. We started the 6th Edition with Kelechi but the experiment started before him. One week after successfully implementing the treatment in Nigeria, Kelechi passed the PMP Exam at first try and got a Project Management job at Equifax in Montreal city of Quebec in Canada. The success story continues with Seun, a nursing mother, works as a Project Manager in First Bank. She approached us one month to completing her maternity leave; she passed excellently (Over Target in all Process Group) before resuming work.

I was so delighted about finding this method that I wanted to share this success story of finding a structured and systemic way of learning the PMBOK Guide at the PMI Nigeria conference but I was pressed for time by the organizers. This is not a conceptual framework but a tested hypothesis of the Agility method. This is not the ubiquitous 4-day crash course that leaves the candidate with loads of unused bloated information; this is achieved by limiting the WIP (Work in Progress) with the numerous advantages below;

  1. It shortens the training sessions
  2. It prevents task switching by mastering one knowledge area before moving to the next
  3. It prevents overload of knowledge
  4. It improves Quality of Learning
  5. It encourages the habit of deep study
  6. It prevents information overload
  7. It improves predictability of candidate’s level of cognition
  8. It enables faster feedback of candidates challenges
  9. It allows float for meditation and adaptation of knowledge to the current work environment.

Candidates must weigh this decision as it involves a measured sacrifice of longer lead time but shorter cycle time of training – 4 weekends, 7 days and 5 hours of training per day (35 Contact hours). However, we have another configuration for those interested in Executive one-to-one training – 8 weekends, 9 days and 3 hours of training per day. In the long run, the only sustainable competitive advantage you have is your ability to learn faster than your peers.

Please, see schedule below;

N/B: We guarantee money-back if you do not pass the exam before the end of the year (conditions apply).
