This was the first sentence I uttered as I attempted to correct the mental model of about 250 Project Management Executives while speaking on the PMI Nigeria conference theme “Innovate Motivate Integrate”. My argument focused on Value taking the position of kingship; “Value is king” does not automatically mean the customer is not important.
