We are given scholarships to PMtutor’s Business Analytics Program, a unique quality improvement initiative course involving the Business function of any organization. We would take a Lean approach to the deployment of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Program, realizing that many of our delegates who should be using statistical tools would not benefit from the full curriculum of a LSS belt course. We will be teaching Statistics tools that provide more value to customers and thus drive revenue – this course will be independent of the LSS DMAIC method, an approach that divides projects into five phases—define, measure, analyze, improve and control.
