General Facilitators’ Profile
– Excellent oral and communication skill
– Sound ability and qualification to train identified relevant courses
– Represent the company when needed
– Good knowledge in the use of computer
– Ready to work in the field when required with 1-month notification
Specific Facilitator’s Profile
- HSE Facilitator (PS114)
– HND or BSC
– At least two year working experience in Safety practices in the oil & gas industry or related industries
– MUST have at least HSE level 1, 2 & 3 certificates from a recognized institute.
– Nebosh IGC and other advanced HSE certificates will be an added advantage.
2. PRINCE2 Facilitator (PS115)
– HND or BSC
– At least 3 years Project Management experience
– Must be certified in PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner
– MBA will be an added advantage
- ITIL Facilitator (PS116)
– HND or BSC
– At least 3 years Project Management experience
– Must be certified in ITIL
– MBA will be an added advantage
