One of the most effective proven ways to manage organization (people, resources, time, information, etc) is to manage it by process. In this workshop, you will “Learn to See” using the value-stream mapping (VSM) approach to identify and eliminate waste in their current process and to prioritize improvements based on biggest impact. At the end of this workshop, delegates will be armed with a holistic approach to improving flow of value to customer. The workshop is designed using a case study shop-floor mapping project based on learn-by-doing approach.
