How to win Scholarship
Scenario Project:
A plethora of huge trucks are causing traffic congestion in the Lagos Metropolis.
You are the Project Management of the Solution Team responsible for developing a “process” that will ease the flow of traffic.
With unlimited budget and 2-weeks scheduled project, prepare a rough order of magnitude estimation of the Level of Effort required to achieve a lasting solution.
Prepare a report of a maximum 100 words that will be presented to the Governor of Lagos State for the project authorization.
