There are a lot of lessons I have gleaned from my entrepreneurship journey but the most important lesson till date is to focus on customer demand as bases of product design. I cannot begin to enumerate the countless times I have been financially burnt trying to push what I perceive as an innovative product to the target customer. In light of this, I carefully pay attention to FMCG clients like Alex from Nigerian Bottling Company and I am happy to announce our two new products offering in the Process Management field – ISO 9001 Quality Management System (Implementation and Auditing) and Operation Management Excellence. They will both kick off January 2016.
