The Buhari Strategy

Buhari has shown us a glimpse of his future leadership. What people do NOT understand is that; “Politics is NOT a dirty game, it is a difficult game to play.” Managing people is the most difficult task to undertake and requires a combination of sensitivity and forthrightness. His choice of Professor Osinbajo is the lesson Professor Pareto has been teaching all Management discipline – Prioritize your focus on the largest potential effect. It reminds me of my successful formula to coaching PMP and Lean Six Sigma certification candidate to victory;

Osinbajo

“The exam does not test for expertise, it is testing for proficiency. Forget about 100% pass, think more about winning the war. Look for the easy battles and the Low-hanging fruits, then go from there.” – I advise.
The permutation is this – The SouthEast is a bit difficult to convince. The North will be easy to sway as PDP has disappointed them by reneging on their promise of zoning back the presidency to the North after one tenure. The undecided and a little more enlightened are in the SouthWest – Most of their struggle is getting past their religious sentiments.

By choosing Professor Osinbajo, the following influential crowds are likely:

1. The RCCG members that can cause a one-day traffic on Lagos-Ibadan expressway
2. 75% of Pentecostals
3. It will cause a split in the other Christian mix.
4. 80% of career Nigerians
5. The APC followers
