UPDATES: Burial and Stars

Just decided to add this new segment tagged “UPDATES” to review the stuffs I missed out in my earlier weekly post and to add new info as the weekdays go by. I would stretch myself to make sure I review every Wednesday night.

Let me start by saying my father’s burial ceremony comes up this Sunday, 16th of August, 2009. Well, you are all cordially invited. Please, kindly take this as an official invite as time to scan the IV and send to everybody is not there. It would be taken place @ my family house from 4.00 pm:

6, Akin-Tepede Close,

Off Industrial Road

Olodi Apapa,

Lagos.

From Mile2, head to Wharf and stop @ West Minister – you are home free from there.

There have been some notable stars in the car vacuum cleaner sales; just one and the half week; some guys are truly in the running for the keke POeT tricycle. Unfortunately, I cannot mention your names as instructed but you know who you are and I am extremely happy that you are not just readers but doers. As at today, this is the ranking:

RANK COMPANY CARTONS POSSESSED
1 Mobil 53
2 Compass Microfinance 50
3 Zenith, Island Environ 30
4 Glo, Mainland Environ 21
5 Bank PHB, Island Environ 20
6 Fin Bank, Island Environ 20
7 Abeokuta Environ 20
8 Alkatel-Lucent 11
9 PHCN, Island Environ 10
10 Kaduna 0
11 Etisalat 0
12 Oando 0
TOTAL CARTONS 235

The intrapreneur ranking is based on highest cartons possessed from me and when there is a tie, the first person to pay for goods takes a higher rank. In one and the half week, 235 cartons of car vacuum cleaners have been possessed by intrapreneurs; I am inspired – they are doubling their funds and also have a chance to win a tricycle; what a way to sharpen your intrapreneural skills. I have actually sold some to those who came to my warehouse but since they are not procuring ten and above, they do not rank as intrapreneurs. We have people in Kadunna, Oando and Etisalat who have ordered and shown keen interest but have not possessed so they are not counted as you can see in the table above. I strongly need someone in Ikeja because I get so many single orders from there.

In the coming week, I would be sharing with you an experience I had while making a presentation to a cooperative. Have a wonderful week; hope to see you @ the burial ceremony.  Ciao!
