I am now quite relaxed so I can move straight to unravel the mystery of men as concerning vision. When a man set a vision with a committed heart, the vision is as good as done; without knowing it the spiritual forces aids him to the set pedestal which he has fashioned for himself. Even the Almighty God respects a man, set on a vision; in book of Genesis (the Holy Bible), the bible recorded God saying “there is nothing these men have set their heart to do that can not be done”. God was talking about the men that wanted to build a structure to heaven. This is God; the Almighty God Himself telling you that a committed vision even without His approval is has good has done except He (God) uses his discretional power (like he did to these men when He changed their common language).

 

 

The vision of the Emirates for Dubai is quite outstanding that you can feel the spirit in the city of Dubai; the non-indigenes are the greatest proponent of this vision; the vision to build Dubai into a dream commercial city for tourist all over the world. You can see the actualization of the vision when you step to the city; you can see what a Family has used the only Natural Resources they have to build one of the coolest cities in the World. When you enter the Emirates Airline to their Airport down to the Hotels; you know you are in a different world; a world where rules are obeyed, where crime is reduced to the barest minimal, where every trader deals with you with a fair weight, where the Taxi that takes you round is a Toyota Camry 2005 model or a Toyota Fortunate, where the malls are so big you cant visit the whole shop in a day, where the buildings are heart racing that you wonder who lives in such houses. This is Dubai and much more.

 

 

 

What actually took me to the city of Dubai? What was my motive? Well, I wanted to invest in Properties; I wanted great deals in properties and I got much more. When I saw the properties in the offering I was perplexed, it was beyond my wildest dream; it reminded me of the story of the Israelites when they visited Canaan to spy the land; I was definitely not Joshua and Caleb. I started to feel the reality of the scripture and I felt deeply for the Israelites that thought there were giants in the land. I saw Dubai and I know that by 2012, it would be a city flowing with Milk and Honey. A property (or properties) would integrate me in the good will of the vision of Dubai and I wonder if by 2012, I would not also be a proponent; speaking eloquently about a city that I do not have any citizenship right or claim to leadership.

 

 

 

Why 2012? 2012 is the date set by the King of the Emirates for the City of Dubai to be completed. By this time, there would be no more building; only selling; by this time, VISA may be very difficult to get to Dubai; by this time; only those that have residency can have access to their social welfare. I do not need a spiritual prophet to tell me that getting a property in Dubai is a cool investment; an investment that may change the life of your unborn grand children to the tenth generation. The three-quarter completion of the “Palm Jumeira” where stars like Beckam, Michael Jackson and wealthy property dealers like Donald Trump are parading and acquiring only finger points the future even to the dullest mind; FYI, the “Palm Jumeira” is an estate built on water in the shape of a Palm Tree and one house alone in the estate is more than 10 storey building. You need to see it to be moved, you need to experience it to feel the rush, and you need to snap it, to immediately become Joshua and Caleb.

 

 

 

There are still more stories on these series of “Arabian Adventure”; I would be talking about the economical strategy of the Emirate country vis-à-vis Nigeria’s quick fix economic return. I would be extending your minds on the purpose of the Kingdom as it relates to the City of Dubai and I would be giving you step by step details on how to invest in Properties, I would be analyzing Democracy versus Monarchy. If you are planning a holiday to any Western Country; please cancel it and go to the East – Dubai specifically. This is what a Canadian Friend I met in the Hotel told me “I love to come to Dubai once a year to shop; I only shop in Dubai and I love the system; it has a feel that cannot be explained.” This is the vision of a Family that turned the country around using the Oil Natural Resources.

It is not about the resources but the capability of using the resources to the good of all men…………………….
