My name is Badru Uthman Olatunji.
What is your present occupation?
I am a civil servant; I currently work with the Federal Capital Development Authority, Abuja as a Programme Analyst.
What motivated you towards Lean Six Sigma?
I learnt about Lean Six Sigma from a friend a while back and then started to do personal research about it. What I discovered during my research ultimately helped me to make up my mind about doing the Lean Six Sigma course; I realized that Process Performance Improvement is widely sought after and there aren’t many of such professionals out there.
Why were you interested in Lean Six Sigma as opposed to Six Sigma?
Choosing Lean Six Sigma over Six Sigma was a no-brainer really, why settle for just Six Sigma when you can combine it together with Lean methodology?
What made you choose IASSC as opposed to ASQ?
I chose the IASSC on Dipo’s expert recommendation.
Which books did you buy to make you pass at the 84th percentile?
PM Tutor study materials were all I used to prepare for my exams and it enabled me to pass very well.
How was the exam in terms of difficult level?
Ordinarily, the exam would have been quite difficult if I had not been properly coached and prepared by Dipo. The exam was designed to test thorough understanding, following his guidance and pointers really quite simplified the process that would have been otherwise very difficult.
How was the exam arrangement @ PMtutor?

What do you think about your coach, Dipo?
Dipo is an incredible instructor who has extensive knowledge about the Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies and knows exactly how to pass it across to the participants/students. He creates a good and relaxed learning environment while still ensuring maximum knowledge is assimilated. I would definitely be referring people to him in future.
What is your future plan and what do you intend to with your certification?
The next step basically is to try to begin using the knowledge I have acquired from this certification and to also try to further my personal development and career in general, possibly in the field of process improvement or Project Management.
