Its easy to blame it on peer pressure and even simpler to blame it on the environment or another person but it is very difficult to blame it on ourselves. Can we for once take responsibility for whatever happens to us?
What about when something is beyond your control? Like a force majeure? Like theft? Like stray bullets? Like …….? This simply points you to the direction of your maker; He sees all; He knows all and if you have a personal fellowship with Him; there will not be anything beyond your control.
You are not called to be a doctor, a Chevron staff or an actress. You are called to be yourself. You can only know and function as yourself when you are one with your maker. To be one with your maker is simply doing what Mary did as oppose to Martha – Luke 10: 38 – 42.
